Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up Options
We offer flexible vehicle handoff options to accommodate your schedule:

  • Morning of service drop-off

  • Evening before drop-off

  • Same-day pick-up

  • Next-day pick-up

 
Transportation Assistance
If arranging a ride is a challenge, we’ve got you covered. We’re happy to extend our client Uber account at no cost to you to ensure there are no complications getting to or from our shop. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll handle the rest.
 
Cowboy Coating Policies: Protecting Our Time & Craft
At Cowboy Coating, we take great pride in delivering high-quality ceramic coating and detailing services. As a small business, our time and schedule are carefully managed to ensure each customer receives the attention and quality they deserve. Last-minute changes can seriously affect our ability to operate effectively, so we’ve created the following policies to protect our business, our detailing experts, and our loyal clients.
That said, we understand that life happens—emergencies, unexpected events, and sensitive situations can arise. While these policies are our standard, we are always willing to work with customers in rare or compassionate circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if something beyond your control occurs—we believe in treating people with fairness and understanding.
 
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice.

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 25% rescheduling fee.

  • Rescheduling with more than 72 hours’ notice comes with no fee.

  • Please note: If you reschedule more than once, Cowboy Coating reserves the right to decline future service.

 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment:

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled time will be charged the full amount of the service.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

 
No-Call / No-Show Policy
A no-call, no-show appointment results in a full charge to the card on file. No exceptions. This time was reserved just for you, and our team loses valuable hours when appointments go unfulfilled.
